Mr. Baldev Boolani, Chairman

A BA (Honors)-Economics, Mr. Boolani has over 50 years of experience in the manufacturing of plastic processing machines. He has vast expertise in the areas of education, finance and banking. He has been the president of All India Plastic Manufacturers Association, and Indian Chambers of Society of Plastic Engineers Inc., USA and has represented India in various international seminars.

Mr. Chetan Kothari, Managing Director

Mr. Chetan Kothari is a Chartered Accountant by profession with rich experience spanning over two decades in the fields of Corporate Advisory, Management Audit, Finance and Taxation.

Dealing with volumes of paper as a part of his professional career, Mr Kothari was quick to appreciate the opportunity of offering efficient and flawless document and data management services. An entrepreneur at heart, Mr Kothari founded Tricom India Limited in the early 2000s.

As the co-promoter and Managing Director of Tricom India, his strategic insight has facilitated the continued growth of the company into new business verticals within the document and data management services and also the expansion into the IT space.

Bringing to the table, a mix of business acumen, adept negotiation skills along with understanding of the legal requirements, Mr Kothari has successfully shaped the inorganic growth strategy of Tricom India in the BPO space.

It is also to his credit that Tricom India today attracts the best talent in the industry and at the helm of core operations are senior, experienced industry professionals who are fostering the growth of the company into the dynamic IT fields of Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, Emerging Technologies and Offshore Software Product Development.

Mr. Jayant Tanksale, Director

A Post-Graduate in Physics and Diploma in Computer Management from University of Bombay, Mr. Tanksale has worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for 16 years as a Senior Consultant. He has also undertaken overseas assignments on behalf of TCS in Australia and New Zealand. In Tricom, he was managing the operations of the company and was also responsible for the Business Development and Marketing of the services of the company.

Mr. Hiren Kothari, Director

Mr. Hiren Kothari is a CA and LLB, having 22 years experience in the field of Finance and Management.

Mr. Vijay Bhatia, Director

An MA (Political Science) and B.Com (Honors.), Mr. Bhatia has a wide experience of over 40 years in various business activities. Business management and accounts are his forte.

Mr. Berry has 43 years of experience in business.

Mr. Rasik Chaturvedi, Director

A Practicing Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Rasik Chaturvedi has an experience of 28 years in his field.

He is a commerce graduate with more than 17 years of experience. His core area of expertise is purchase and marketing and he has been responsible for spearheading the growth of rigid packaging industry in India.
