Mr. Chetan Kothari is a Chartered Accountant by profession with rich experience spanning over two decades in the fields of Corporate Advisory, Management Audit, Finance and Taxation. Dealing with volumes of paper as a part of his professional career, Mr Kothari was quick to appreciate the opportunity of offering efficient and flawless document and data management services. An entrepreneur at heart, Mr Kothari founded Tricom India Limited in the early 2000s. As the co-promoter and Managing Director of Tricom India, his strategic insight has facilitated the continued growth of the company into new business verticals within the document and data management services and also the expansion into the IT space. Bringing to the table, a mix of business acumen, adept negotiation skills along with understanding of the legal requirements, Mr Kothari has successfully shaped the inorganic growth strategy of Tricom India in the BPO space. It is also to his credit that Tricom India today attracts the best talent in the industry and at the helm of core operations are senior, experienced industry professionals who are fostering the growth of the company into the dynamic IT fields of Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, Emerging Technologies and Offshore Software Product Development. It is Mr Kothari’s endeavour to evolve a culture of excellence, rooted in strong corporate values. He has steered Tricom India to new heights by combining domain thought leadership with cutting edge technology and delivering measurable results to clients across the globe.

D. P. Sharma - CEO
DP Sharma is an astute business leader with strong combination of cross- functional experience in diverse industries and geographies. Global sales and marketing is his forte. He has spent a large portion of his career spanning 26 years by servicing high profile clientele across disparate industry verticals including BFSI, Oil Gas, Manufacturing et al. Europe, Middle East and Africa are his favorite playing fields. He has effectively discharged complete P/L management responsibilities for agreed and defined business practices right from planning to execution, including client interactions at the CXO levels for strategic as well as regular operational issues. Successfully devised new strategic initiatives culminating in international recognition of the organization’s services, product offerings and solutions, culminating in generation of multi-million dollar revenues for the organizations he served. DP is a Management graduate and has been in top management positions with large and reputed organizations like Tata Unisys, Unisys Corporation, L&T and the Sahara Group.
